The 08/09 Barclays English Premier League kicks off this morning. Once again the top 4- ManU, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool- are ahead of the pack, with only Spurs fielding a side capable of breaking into Champions League contention. Most pundits have it a two-horse race between ManU and Chelsea. Arsenal are rebuilding/too young (again) and Liverpool are just Liverpool-great in Europe, can't win the Premiership.
